What’s included in the training program?


Who are qualified to become a Bacolod Chk-n-Bbq House Franchisee?
People with preferably successful professional track record, not necessarily in the food business, with emphasis on people-handling skills and management, business oriented people with experience in other service-oriented business will be advantageous. Franchisee should be motivated to succeed and be outgoing person with entrepreneurial spirit who enjoys working, communicating and relating with employees and customers. It is important that Franchisee accepts the pros and cons of Franchising, those that desire total control are not suitable to be Franchisees.

Do you require hands-on Management from the Franchisee?
Not required but preferred. Franchisee must hire a professional Supervisor who will be trained by us.

Will Franchisor provide the site and construction of the franchise outlet?
Each Franchisee is responsible for securing his own location. All potential sites must be submitted to Bacolod Chk-n-Bbq House office for approval. Construction or renovation is entirely at the expense of the Franchisee.

Is the Franchisee required to purchase all his equipment and supply needs from the Franchisor?
As a Bacolod Chk-n-Bbq House Franchisee, you are required to purchase from authorized suppliers as stipulated in our Procurement Program.

How long will it take to recover my investment?
Financial viability depends on various factors such as sales, investment and ability of the Franchisee to effectively manage his expenses. This will be discussed further during the Franchisee interview after you fill out our Confidential Questionnaire.

Will you provide us pre-opening services?
Prior to and during opening, we will send you our representative who will assist you with the orientation and training of personnel, acquisition of supplies and merchandise and other arrangements.

What’s included in the training program?
We at Bacolod Chk-n-Bbq House accept no compromise when it comes to the quality of our services. It is for this reason that we require the Franchisee and his staff to undergo training on the standard operating procedures for the day-to-day operations of the business.
